A Wine Cookbook

We are proud members of the Dunajovské kopce association, which brings together winemakers from the villages of Dolní Dunajovice and Březí. “Friends share everything” is our motto. You can never have too much of a good thing—wine and food go hand in hand—and that’s how our joint Wine Cookbook came to be.

In this beautiful, lavishly illustrated book, you’ll find not only a showcase of our 15 member wineries, but also 15 fantastic restaurants across the country with which we collaborate and to which we proudly supply our wines.

Let us inspire you with food pairings created at the Sequoia restaurant at Ratměřice Castle. A luxurious potato soup and our Sylvánské zelené, along with pikeperch served in an unconventional way with blood sausage, truffle oil, and potatoes, pair wonderfully with the full-bodied Vlašáček. Wild boar with rosehip sauce is complemented by our exclusive Tannowitz Merlot Barrique, and for dessert, our sweet Pálava will take a baked pear to seventh heaven.
