Wine Point Plzeň was looking for the best among 47 Rieslings at an open tasting. And we are proud that the winner was our Riesling, Cabinet, vintage 2023 from the Balaz series.
Welschriesling is a grape variety perfectly suited to our region, where the conditions are ideal for producing exceptional wines. We like to call the Welschrieslings from the Dunajov Hills a “hidden treasure,” and we’re delighted that our wine shop owners and their customers appreciate them as well.
The Plotny vineyard has been providing us with high-quality grapes for 24 years, and we are pleased to offer you a beautiful Walnut wine bursting with the aroma of white berries, with a creamy and refreshingly fruity flavor.
It also won a gold medal at the prestigious Prague Wine Trophy competition, where it competed not only against Czech wines but also against foreign wines available on our market.
