Winery Baláž Dolní Dunajovice

We are a traditional family winery from Dolní Dunajovice, a wine-growing village in the Mikulov wine sub-region, with an annual production of 50-60 thousand bottles of wine. Most of our vineyards are located in the Mikulov region. We focus mainly on white varieties, because it is important to us that the wines reflect the character of the place and that you find in each bottle the uniqueness of the variety and the vineyard from which the grapes come.

We offer you wines with the character of the place and the people behind them. Traditional and typical for our region varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and, among the reds, Pinot Noir or Franconia are complemented by new varieties that respect the uniqueness of our vineyards and the modern trends and technologies we use in production.
