Picturesque accommodation in the wine-growing village of Dolní Dunajovice. There are two newly renovated apartments. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette and private bathroom with shower. There is wifi internet access throughout the whole complex.

Cosy apartment with five beds, dominated by a spiral staircase to the open floor. A comfortable double bed is located in the ground floor bedroom, while another double bed and a single bed are on the upper floor of the apartment.

Apartment 2
accommodation for 6 persons 3300 CZK/night
Spacious and airy apartment with six beds, dominated by wooden mill stairs to the open floor. On the ground floor there is a separate room with two single beds and a bunk bed. A large double bed awaits you on the upper floor of the apartment.

Outdoor seating
From both apartments there is access to two "backyards". The rear, smaller yard has been adapted especially for children. There is a play area with a sandpit, swings and a playhouse. There is also seating for parents.
The main outdoor area in front of the apartments is designed for quiet sitting under a pergola, with a barbecue and a glass of wine.
Tasting cellar
Below the apartments there is a wine cellar, which is accessible only to guests of the apartments and there is wine from our family winery Balaz. By appointment, a guided tasting with the winery's sommelier is possible. Tasting is possible from 8 persons.
Smoking is not allowed in the entire property and pets are not allowed. There is a grocery store approximately 150 m from the guest house.
Arrivals from 14:00 Departures until 10:00.
Po celý červenec a srpen jsou možné pouze týdenní pobyty od soboty do soboty. V ceně není zahrnutý poplatek obci za ubytování. Pro rok 2024 je stanovena částka 50 Kč/dospělá osoba/noc.
