Success in the Prague Wine Trophy competition

We are very happy that you like our wines. First and foremost.

You are the most important evaluators for us. Nevertheless, it makes sense for us to participate in competitions that have prestige, history and bring together not only our wines, but also foreign ones. The Prague Wine Trophy meets all these criteria. This competition is the largest international wine competition in the Czech Republic and thanks to the professionalism and indomitable efforts of its founder, Ing. Šarka Dušková Dipl.WSET & Weinakademiker, the 17th edition of the competition will take place in 2023. In the competition, wines are evaluated according to varieties and are entered not only by our winemakers, but also by foreign winemakers or importers of foreign wines. The medal is thus a more than worthy comparison in the competition.

And this is our result in the first round (there will be three more rounds before September, in each of which different varieties will be evaluated).

Four of our wines won gold medals in this round:

Solaris, selection of grapes, 2022, semi-sweet

Irsai Oliver, quality varietal wine, 2022, semi-dry

Muscat of Moravia, quality varietal wine, 2022, dry

Cabernet Moravia rosé, cabinet, 2022, dry

And Premium Gold or Super Gold are the other four:

Kerner, late harvest, 2022, dry

Sauvignon Gris, late harvest, 2022, dry

Hibernal, late harvest, 2022, semi-dry

Sylvan Green, cabinet, 2022, dry

Of course, we will keep you up to date with our results in all the other rounds, and we will summarize the whole competition in the fall, but there is never enough good news. And there are also hits in our range of medalists, so we present them to you while they are still available.
