Do you remember when we did our first bottling last year? Yes, yes, it wasn't until the end of February.
This year, the first bottling of the 2024 vintage took place at our winery as early as January. Last year’s harvest was also moved up by a few weeks earlier than usual, so we adjusted our bottling schedule accordingly. The wines still need a little time to rest in the bottle, and we need to prepare the labels, so we expect to offer them to our customers by the end of February. Beautiful, light, and fresh.
