Dear Customers, we would like to inform you in advance about the winery’s opening hours during the 2024 Christmas holidays, as well as the best time to place your online orders so that you can be sure to receive everything in time for Christmas.
You can visit us at the winery during our regular business hours until December 22, 2024. We will be CLOSED from December 23, 2024, through January 1, 2025. During this period, in-person purchases at the winery are possible by prior telephone arrangement; we’ll be happy to accommodate you if possible.
As for our online store, it’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We deliver your orders via Messenger, as it’s a specialized courier service for shipping wine and other beverages in glass bottles.
Messenger guarantees delivery by Christmas for orders placed by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2024. After that date, they will, of course, continue to accept and deliver packages, but delivery by Christmas is no longer guaranteed.
Please also note that delivery times will be extended to 2–3 business days leading up to Christmas. Delivery times often vary by region, depending on the courier service’s delivery capacity in your area. As a winery, we will process the last orders from our online store by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2024, and then resume processing after the New Year, starting January 2, 2025.
