Light yellow colour.

The nose is clean and direct with distinctive and varietal aromas of ripe stone and tropical fruit, dried orange peel, and a light hint of candied ginger and pineapple on the finish.

The palate is semi-sweet and straightforward with a balanced ratio of residual sugar and delicate lime acidity, a mature and smooth palate with a medium-long fruity finish with notes of dried and candied tropical fruit.
