Appearance

Lemon yellow colour, fine pearl with fine foam.

nose

The nose is clean and direct with a delicate, elegant and gradually opening aromas with a complex expression of dried citrus peel, nuts, toasted bread, white butter biscuits and a light expression of marzipan and wet gravel on the finish.

patro

The palate is dry and direct with firm, crisp yet non-aggressive citrus acidity, a complex expression with pronounced salinity, a refreshing citrus line, notes of nuts and a touch of sweet buttery pastry, and a long finish with a fine, persistent pearl finish.

overall impression

Our first sparkling wine, a cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc with a complex and mature expression.

food recommendations

For everyday drinking and tasting, as an aperitif and, where appropriate, for simple preparations of white freshwater and seafood, seafood and sushi.
